Hey, Social Media is not a gig that’s a passing fad – you better get on the bus (Check out Marketing Charts). Recently, I was involved in a marketing a political point of view for a recent election. And, because we had set up a FaceBook profile a while ago (and didn’t put too much time into it) when we needed some last minute help for protesters, a quick "shout out" to our friends enabled us to effectively deploy a street team which helped to knock off the favored candidate. Viva la Revolution!
