Project Description

in-locker-room-with-tunch-and-wolf-radio-show-pittsburgh-brandmill-wayhartIn the Locker Room with Tunch and Wolf Radio Show

With no budget or money, BrandMill partnered with Tunch Ilkin and Craig Wolfley – formers Pittsburgh Steelers and now part of their broadcast team – pulled in several advertisers before the Show’s first air date and created and implemented a grassroots marketing plan consisting of weekly radio remote broadcasts in Pittsburgh area high schools and local universities to build brand buzz.

BrandMill creatively built a new Web site, Blog and drove 6-figure sponsorship dollars for the “In the Locker Room with Tunch and Wolf” Pittsburgh radio television show with zero funds and helped to make the brand a profitable venture before it launched.

From the start, Pittsburgh’s first and only local and live morning drive sports talk radio show – In the Locker Room with Tunch and Wolf on FOX 970AM – was immensely profitable! Cost-effective press relations, internet marketing and special event marketing propelled the Show to nearly two years and eventually moved to Cable television and a larger audience. Due to a change in direction from station ownership, BrandMill handed its partnership back to the station and the Show continues to this day on ESPN Pittsburgh 970AM and 106.3 FM.

And, here’s a testimonial from Tunch!
