More than ever, they’re paying attention to their guest’s videos of their visits. In addition, they’re creating their own YouTube channels and other video content to showcase their
properties and to launch new brands.

Hoteliers are becoming more adept with social media and joining in on the conversations with sites such as YouTube, Facebook and
Twitter, promoting word-of-mouth advertising.

Hotel videos are being created two ways via Customers’ input to participate in contests and with Traveler information where hotels ask guests  to Blog about them.
